Writing about mental health in any given situation is hard. You can’t write down those thoughts in a book and lend it to someone – reading it back can be cringe-worthy. There’s something said for writing shit down though. Research shows we are 40% more likely to follow through on something if we write it down. In this short course, learners will have the ability to learn tricks and tips to manage their minds and have the ability to write shit down.
